What does STRYKE Wynds compete in?

STRYKE Wynds competes in the Winds Independent World (WIW) class.

• Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit (FFCC)

• Winter Guard International (WGI)

How old do I have to be to audition and march?

Membership is limited to individuals between the ages of 15 and 24 – 15 years of age before April 1, 2026 or 24 years of age AFTER April 1, 2026. Students of all ages are welcome to attend auditions.

I’m from out of town, can I still audition?

Yes, we accept video auditions for out-of-state or out-of-town candidates. All the information for video submission is in the 2026 Wynds Registration Packets.

I’m not sure that I’ll make the groups. Should I audition anyway?

Absolutely! Auditioning is a valuable learning experience that will benefit you in your current performance situation and in future auditions.

How can I prepare for the audition process?

Register to Audition - the Audition Packet is included. Learn the material thoroughly and come mentally & physically prepared. If you are not ready to audition this season, but want to learn the packet to prepare for future auditions, go to the Audition Packet link to purchase the packet only $10.

My family wants to be involved during the season. How can they help?

STRYKE loves volunteers and those who want to donate their time, goods or services! We always need help with prop/set construction, fundraising, meal preparation, snack donations and Merchandise Booth sales.
